AITEF Canarias processes only the data required to respond to enquiries and partnership proposals.

Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used to respond to the submitted request. The legal basis is the consent you provide before sending it.
Technical data and spam protection
When you submit the form, your IP address is recorded temporarily, for ten minutes, for the sole purpose of limiting automated submissions. It is not stored afterwards nor used for any other purpose.
Retention
Messages are kept solely in the association's email mailbox: they are not copied into any database or any other system. They are deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and is no longer needed to follow up on the relationship, unless a legal obligation requires keeping them for longer.
Recipients
No data is disclosed to third parties. Web hosting and email services are provided by E-ASY Consultoría Tecnológica & Agencia Digital, S.L., tax ID B72696636, registered at Carretera de Santa María del Mar 22, Edificio INtech, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, acting as data processor. The servers are located in Spain, so no international data transfers take place.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to proyectos@aitefcanarias.com. If you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
